October 6th is INTERNATIONAL DOCTOR’S DAY!
This is a day of solidarity and active action by doctors around the world, celebrated at the initiative of the World Health Organization and the international humanitarian organization “Doctors Without Borders”.
This holiday was established in 1971 to honor the work of doctors of all specialties and express gratitude for their work, especially in difficult circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, and armed conflicts.
The holiday unites doctors of various specialties: surgeons, orthopedists, dentists, therapists, cardiologists and other specialists save lives and restore health to people every day.
Congratulations on this important professional holiday, dear doctors! You are healers of bodies and souls, you do not spare your strength, saving the health and lives of other people. May you always meet only grateful patients, and may your work bring moral satisfaction and joy. Strength and warmth to you!
