Tomorrow, October 19 at 10:00, a unique interdisciplinary master class will be held. This event is dedicated to a comprehensive consideration of glossodynia (burning mouth syndrome) from the perspectives of a dentist, pharmacist, neurologist, neurosurgeon, oncologist and psychotherapist. Participants will gain knowledge about modern ideas about the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, its differential diagnosis with other oral pathologies, neurological and psychosomatic disorders. Special attention will be paid to pharmacotherapy, non-drug approaches, psychoemotional support of patients and teamwork of specialists from different specialties. The event will allow to form a comprehensive, evidence-based and patient-oriented approach to the management of patients with glossodynia.
